There is an issue affecting cable and internet services for customers in the village starting earlier this week. The team has been working on it and we expect to have it resolved by the end of the day today, Oct 3rd.

We are still having issues with some customers on the trail. We've narrowed the issue down to a problem with the underground distribution and are working on a plan to have it repaired. Will update with an ETA when we know what we're getting into.

We were able to get some customers back online this week but others are still affected.
We won't be billing affected customers for the duration of the outage, contact us when the service is restored and we will adjust your bill accordingly.
